Order of service sheets
These usually take the form of a folded card, with or without a paper insert. The cover of the sheet will conventionally have the names of the bride and groom printed in the bottom left and right hand corners respectively. The date and name of the church in which the service is to take place will be centred in the middle of the page. The actual layout of the service sheet will depend on the style of the ceremony and couples should seek advice from their minister before making final arrangements for having the sheets printed.

The benefit of order of service sheets is that the congregation can follow the service without having to juggle with hymn and prayer books. The printer will probably have a sample layout on which individual requirements can be based. Alternatively, you can create your own booklets and use free templates from the Confetti Print Centre Before you authorise any printing you will need to consult with the minister to ensure that all the elements are complete and in the correct order.

It is always sensible to have a few extra service sheets printed for unexpected guests. Make sure you include the minister, choir and the attendants when calculating the number required.
