This
hymn is about marriage and eternal life, and is suitable as the
second hymn sung after the marriage ceremony, which is in praise
and celebration of the union. It is also suitable to sing during
Communion, if you decide to include it during the ceremony, and
also at Easter weddings.

Lord's my shepherd, I'll not want;
He makes me down to lie

soul he doth restore again,
And me to walk doth make

E'en for his own name's sake.

though I walk in death's dark vale,

table thou hast furnished
In prsence of my foes;
My head thou dost with oil anoint
And my cup overflows.
