    Change of names

    I have been with my partner for over 10 years and we have three children. they have all take the last name of Lindley Spink, a combination of my partner's name, Maxine Jane Spink and my own surname. She therefore would like to be known as Mrs Lindley Spink following our wedding this month whilst I shall still be known as Mr Lindley. Please advise on what needs to be done to ensure that this happens.
