Hi All My food diary for today is.... 1 30g bowl of Special K with skimmed milk 154 cals 1 30g bowl of Crunchy Nut with skimmed milk 160 cals 5 sprouts half a carrot half a parsnip broccoli 2 small potatoes 1 piece of Healthy Living Fish all steamed. Fish is about 100 cals. So lets say around 150cals for dinner 1 Healthy Living cherry yogurt 90 cals 1 Strawberry weightwatchers cheesecake 184 cals 2 coffees with low fat coffee mate 2.2 litres water Ooops, I haven't seemed to have many cals today, but I have been so busy, I just ate at meal times and haven't really wanted anything else.
