It's not cheating if you have fruit and low fat yogurt, you are still allowed snacks with this diet. I eat fruit throughout the day and have a yogurt after my dinner, then still have a weightwatchers desert sometime over the day. I know this sounds daft, but there is a way to make the cereal last longer. Eat it with a teaspoon, it'll double the time to get through it. Jo M Back |
