Ok, here we go again. Today I had- 1 30g bowl of Special K with skimmed milk 154cals 1 pear 40 cals 1 30g bowl of Cruncy Nut in skimmed milk 160 cals Lean Mince Beef 229 cals 200g Healthy Living Sauce 64 cals 100g Brown Pasta 310 cals Half a courgette 30 cals 1 Carrott 30 cals Slices of Red Onion 40 cals Muller Light Manderin Yogurt 112 cals Weight Watchers Double Chocolate Brownie 146 cals (yummmmmmmm) 1 Coffee with Coffee mate light 24 cals 3 litres water Total of 1339 Not sure if thats good or C**p really. But I know I just feel really fat today. Exercise was my usual 1hrs brisk walk. Jo M Back |
