Jo, I'm surprised about the cals in the mince. Glad I'm veggie 1339 is still good, as long as you normally ate more than that before the weight loss! All about reduction! Here's mine, and it's bad! Breakfast - bran flakes (35g) and small banana, ss milk (200) Lunch - none, but snacked on tablet I was making for someone (200) Dinner - pasta, brushetta topping, fresh baby plum tomatoes (yummy), parsley. (400) It would have been good so far, even with the tablet! Then... Evening:- Large glass of wine About 6 vodka and lemonade's (didn't even ask for diet...ouch, measure's crap as it was in a club, and not that much lemonade either!). Then:- 2 rolls and cheese slices and baby plum tomatoes when I got home (helps with hangover???) Total = 800 + all that! It's probably another 1000??? Back |
