Don't be disheartened, 8lbs in 2 weeks would still be fantastic anyway. Your first week was really great, but you mustn't expect that every week. If you think about it now though, 4000 cals, if you laid that out it would look like tons, especially now that we're training ourselves to choose healthier options. With the type of food we're eating (or supposed to be) now, we'd really struggle to get 4000 cals into our stomachs!! Yeah, I did enjoy myself last night. No harm done really. I'm not about to give up going out for life, and it's not often I go out anyway! Back |
